1. "Customs duties are charged in the European Union" - NO CUSTOMS or IMPORT duties are charged in the EU for US goods - only VAT tax is assessed as with all goods no matter what their origin.
2. "Natural Polypropylene NPP is incompatible with organic solvents" NPP is compatible with 99% of all solvents and can withstand a 1 hour exposure to all solvent at 21°C. The absence of all exposed metal also allows use of most acids & bases. Teflon® NXT or Hostaflon® TFM systems are available for higher temperatures.
3. "Laurell systems are unreliable and expensive to repair" Only a small percentage of our 7,000 systems shipped over the past 17 years has ever failed and the average repair is the industry's lowest. If your system does fail it can usually be fixed with an available spare part or returned to the factory or local service center where the time to repair is normally 24 hours. In most areas of the world a free loaner system is available.
4. "Laurell Spin Processor are more expensive" We are actually the least expensive because our chucks are always included.
5. "There is no after sales support" Not only is this untrue we offer FREE LIFETIME APPLICATION SUPPORT as well as trade-ins, upgrades forever.
