Improve your results and save time with the correct dispense option
Making sure you have the most consistent and accurate dispense is one of the easiest ways to improve the quality and yields of your process.
Manual dispense takes a steady hand, and and keen eye to make sure the correct amount of chemistry, is correctly placed, from the correct height, on to your substrate.
A syringe holder is the simple solution to acheiving more consistent results. Laurell syringe holders will securely hold your syringe over the center of the substrate at a consistent height. Each holder is a press fit in our lids but have mounting holes should you wish to permanently fix them. Single syringe holders are available to hold 5ml, 30ml, and 50ml capacity syringes.
Specialized syringe holders allow up to four syringes to be used at the same time. Allowing for sequential coating of different materials.
Automated dispense simplifies process optimization and improves coating quality and consistency by removing the human element. Dispense programming is fully integrated into the system controller allowing you control the timing and amount of material dispensed
Laurell technologies has fixed center mounted and adjustable off-center mounted automatic dispense units. Center mounted dispensers are ideal for coating solutions, with adjustable units configurable for use as an additional center dispense or more specialised applications such as edge bead removal.
We have three material supply options:
Syringe feed is flexible and materials can be changed quickly, but the amount of material available is limited by the size of the syringe.
Pressure vessels can contain large amounts of chemistry, up to 5 gallons, should you have a high throughput process or one that requires a dispense of more that 55ml of material in one shot.
The Single Shot Dispense pump can draw material directly from a container allowing for an unlimited capacity where the shot sized required is less than 10ml
Precise and repeatable sequential coating of different materials can be automated using multiple Laurell Universal Dispense units.
